Gmail Setup

Important notice: Google have announced that they are discontinuing Gmail's "Check mail from other accounts" feature from January 2026. This feature allows Gmail to retrieve emails from external mailboxes using POP3. As a result, linking an externally hosted email account to a Gmail inbox using POP3 fetch will no longer be supported by Google.

POP3 itself is not obsolete and remains widely supported across the email industry, particularly for archiving email off the server. However, customers who wish to continue using Gmail as their mailbox will need to host their email directly with Google (for example, via Google Workspace). Customers who prefer to keep their email hosted with us should access their mailbox using a standard email client via POP3 or IMAP.
